Information is updated for students admitted to professional coursework for Autumn 2009.  New freshman and transfer students are not required to complete the information below. 

Students admitted to professional study in the School of Allied Medical Professions are required to complete several requirements to be eligible to begin professional coursework in AMP.  Admitted students should print and read the following documents, and make arrangements to complete requirements as soon as possible.  Download the following documents:

1.  Letter from the Director
2.  OSUMC Identification Badge and Background Check
3.  Immunization and Health Screen (for your particular program listed below)

Health Information Management and Systems (HIMS)
Health Sciences
Medical Dietetics
Medical Technology
Radiologic Sciences and Therapy
Respiratory Therapy
